This Nexus Bridging Plan presents the outcomes of the BONEX demonstration pilot in Wadi Al Wala, Jordan, where a context-adapted hydroponic system powered by off-grid solar energy was implemented. The plan addresses key WEFE Nexus challenges in Jordan, particularly water scarcity, food security, and energy costs, while promoting sustainable agriculture and community engagement. Developed through two years of implementation and participatory evaluation, the plan offers practical insights for scaling WEFE approaches in similar rural and resource-scarce contexts.
