This Nexus Bridging Plan focuses on smart water reuse for agriculture in the Ouardanine area, Tunisia. It presents a strategy that combines treated wastewater (TWW) reuse with smart technologies, such as weather stations, soil moisture and water quality sensors, to improve irrigation efficiency and nutrient management. Complemented by photovoltaic-powered water pumping, this integrated solution addresses both water and energy challenges in the region, while engaging stakeholders to support adoption and long-term sustainability.
